  Thank you Chris , dropped off my equipment & he magically appeared to help me out and remembered my issues ! These Reps work hard to please , and have a tough work load ! As Customers, we All Need to be Patient & Kind to these Spectrum Reps! My other favorite Rep is Jennifer, she rocks too!
