So I’m very dedicated customer me and my boyfriend go into either the smoke shop or the cannabis shop at least twice a week or more and today I have never been treated as less than I have by some of the new employees. I bought two geek bar vapes normally they’re supposed to let you know if it’s not gonna equal enough for a point the lady did not tell me so I assumed I was gonna get my points when I asked at the end how many points I earned she told me only one because they didn’t equal value so I told her isn’t that what you’re supposed to do tell me that I wasn’t gonna get a point so I could spend more ? Very disappointed that’s all and wasn’t even trying to make it right with me

i had the worst experience. the girl that was cashing me out was extremely rude and short with me and gave me no guidance or help at all and made me feel like i did something wrong. i got a random vape that i do not like at all and
overall i’m very upset about my experience. the worker next to her was also helping a customer and being so kind and helpful that i literally just had to listen to him talk to her to see what vapes he was talking about.

Worst cannabis place in Maine and that’s because I’ve racked over 3000 points been saving for a rainy day well today I go in I get two 8ths for 49.48 so I tell the gentlemen just take out 1000 points that will equal to 50$ and just forget the 50 cents he says sorry but you can’t use the points to equal out to 50 it can only be used for the weed not tax like I’ve been saving those points for almost half year lost my job and everything all I wanted was some smoke for the rest of the weekend that’s not even including when I buy yall .5 disposable vape 35% to 40% gone I tell the gentleman (same guy by the way) oh I’m sorry we only do returns if the device itself is messed up like what so it random on your pens if you’ll get robbed on it or not and yall don’t even try to help your customers I’m fixing to get a job and on my first paycheck I’m using all my points and will be taking my business elsewhere because believe me there are so many recreational places

At least every two weeks I'm in there buying new disposable vapes. You guys always have something new and delicious to try, which is why I always come back.
However, I should have 3 more points than what I have now, so maybe you can fix this for me because of my loyalty to this one store.
I'm heading to the store shortly to see what new flavors you have for me to try..
Oh!! Your staff is ALWAYS so helpful when I'm not sure what bar to buy. I'm very impressed with there knowledge of nearly everything in stock. I love this about customer service. They are model employees. Your team should train anyone wanting to be a customer service rep.
