Employees always offer great service and very good with answering any question about products. Vapes burn out with in a day on multiple occasions even tho advertised as said 10000 puffs maybe get 100 out of itEmployee 5star product vape wise 3 star

Called to ask if a specific product was in stock. Was told it was and asked again when I got into the store. Was sold the wrong product. When I called the store the next day the best they could say was no returns even tho it was unopened and I had the receipt. I felt lied to just so they could make a sale. Reached out to customer service and haven’t heard back in a week. Will not be returning due to deceitful sales tactics

Excessive cracks in multiple pieces, employee was vaping into customers faces, attempted to purchase a vape but all of them had defects ranging from having zero liquid, constantly ripping, somehow dead batteries, and one of them had the top mouth-piece completely removed, which led me to believe the employees are putting their mouths on the products.

Matthew is so fun to talk to, he took the time to answer all my questions and showed me everything I wanted to see. Best experience I’ve ever had in a smokers store. I will definitely be going back when this guy is working!!
