I highly recommend that you educate your pharmacy staff at Shaws 600 Center Street, Auburn, ME in the importance of customer service.I booked my son's booster shot appointment for October 14th -- upon check-in, I was informed that the store had run out of the booster vaccine. I was asked to "check back midweek" to see if any came in. Apparently when you book an appointment, it means nothing. When I checked on Wednesday (10/19) they told me that it would be availible today (10/20). I asked if I needed an appointment or if I should just walk in, to which they said "just come in". I came back today and they tell me that it is all frozen and that it will not be availible until tomorrow, but all of the appointments for tomorrow are booked and "you won't get in".Normally, I would believe it was an issue of miscommunications, but every time I go in it is the same woman at the counter who does not have time to stop counting pills to address their customers. I will find another pharmacy in the area that actually cares about its customers to do my business.

Beware grocery pickup is a scam. they double charged me $180 putting my account into over draft and charged additional fees. I emailed them they said it wasn't their fault and will take 3 to 5 days for my money to be in my account. The store manager Bruce blew me off and so did the pickup employee.

I have been searching for Grape Nuts for 2 weeks in my area of Augusta and Gardiner, ME with no luck. Last night when checking Shaws in Augusta’s website it noted they had none but brought up the Auburn store as having them in stock. I added some to my basket and the site was letting me check out with a pick up time of 11:00 a.m. I didn’t continue with my online purchase instead I thought I would just drive there first thing.

Everytime I come in here, I seem to have a problem. Either they have one register open and a line through the store with a bunch of people standing around talking, they're completing neglecting their self-checkout lines, or the cashier is just plain rude. I go out of my way to be nice, especially during this time of crisis - it would be nice to at least get a "good morning, how are you today?" or even a response to my "hi, how are you?". The one in Lewiston is much nicer, and I've never had a problem there.

I went to this Shaws with my family today, because I had seen the advertisement for turkeys being $.36/lb. I had a turkey, some potatoes, cranberry sauce, and cream cheese at the self check out, and a member of your staff approached us of and said pretty rudely these turkeys required a $25 minimum. I told him he could take it all, that it was not previously advertised in the flyer. He simply said, well there's a sign. I had seen the sign, also that there was a maximum of 1. I thought it was a misprint, because I hadn't seen anything in the weekly flyer about a minimum or a max. I feel it is very discriminating to suddenly put a minimum dollar amount. This is THANKSGIVING. Where is Shaws sense of giving?

They kick out black people and send police to their home. No person of color should shop there and the manager involved needs to be fired
