Love all the stuff they have and how organized it is and clean and vibrant...I didn't like that automatically because I have teen girls with me and some a little younger, judging us or thinking instantly were trying to steal..I felt very uncomfortable! I didn't like the vibes. Asked the person to check a price for me and they just got annoyed and said" it says price where you got it from" in an irritated mood. I said I'm sorry my daughter picked it out and wasn't exactly sure where she saw it because it's a lot of little items in a small area and couldn't remember where she got it from otherwise she could have showed me where..she's young and curious and just grabbed it to ask if I could find price out for her..she loves beauty and makeup. I didn't appreciate the attitude. Body language says alot to me and a tone in someone's voice. The teen girls I was with, my daughter and 2 friends said they were being weird with them like annoyed and even they felt the vibes. I know teens steal, but so do adults older people etc...I just dont like being stared down watched every move we make peeking around corners like we're thieves..which we DEFINITELY ARE NOT! I dont know the employees name but they were wearing a mask. If the employee wasnt so paranoid and actually kind it would have been a fun experience with my girls which they were super excited to look around because they have gift cards. She wanted to look around before deciding what she was going to purchase. She didn't purchase anything she just wanted to leave. And that's unfortunate because she was very excited to go. We won't be back. Just asking for a price and getting attitude ruined our experience. Maybe tell employees to be patient and kind. They are young and curious is all and wanted to find some makeup to feel pretty and learn about products. I myself was going to ask about some products because I was looking for some things too and was going to ask if they could help me pick the right color tone for foundation for me and if there was anything to help cover up the scar on my face from skin cancer. I didn't even try to ask for any help because I was upset.

I may not like shopping in this department that much, but I have never had a negative experience here. Always treated like first class here.

Girls, let me tell you.....this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Sephora and I'm a sephora addict. Allison is so awesome and the person To go to if you need help with ANYTHING. She is absolutely an asset to Sephora. She is so kind, thoughtful, respectful and so so helpful. I have never met an employee at a store like her. Like I said, she is just a complete asset to that company.

I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store. Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations.

I was in there some time ago and was greeted & helped by Allison and Tonya. Both of them were kind and professional with me. Highly recommend them!!!

I have had a Kohls credit card for years and rarely do I get 30% off coupons so I made the time to shop at our store in Auburn, Maine today. Wow, their inventory is really down. The ladies section especially. There were literally just a few racks of clothes. I guess Covid has hit their inventory supply chain hard. I left this store that I used to buy a lot of my clothing and family clothing & housewares at with just a pair of socks. Really sad to see it this way.

Pretty much like all the other khols out there. Their children's section is meh not as big as some of the other stores. Fast and friendly service.

Horrible store to deal with if you need help or customer service, 2nd time they have forgot to give me all my items, when I called store, I again only have option of retrieving the items they admitted they forgot and bring to service desk....so I get to waste my time again to get $14 in items they forgot, but both clearance and hard to find was so excited I had found them in my size...can't find items now and can't credit back my kohls card...done with this store too many other options, spent $373 and could tell woman on the phone was annoyed to be dealing with call at 8:30pm, though I put no blame on her.
