I am a veteran and had to choose a place for physical therapy through the community care act the VA uses outside facilities to get veterans the care we need. Saco Bay was who I chose and I am very happy that I did. Everyone welcomed me and has shown me the exercises to help my situation. I would highly recommend them.

I have had mediocre experiences at best with other Physical Therapy practices but I decided to give Saco Bay a try based on the reviews. I am not easily impressed but this group is amazing! It is what I thought physical therapy was supposed to be! They develop a plan based on science. They change the plan as needed, in real time! And they are completely committed to getting me to my goals, short and long term. I look forward to going there each time.

I'm having Physical therapist Matthew who meticulously has studied the close link between ideal posture, breathing, and wellbeing, and, with his sharp eye, has been gently guiding me to that ideal posture and breathing that I've been needing for years!! Feeling better session-by-session!

I went into the office feeling slightly frustrated, wanting to start my therapy as soon as possible. My referral had not yet been received, but McKenzie at your Auburn office was quick to make me feel welcomed and helped get me into the system right then and there. She called the Poland office and got me in right away.I haven’t even started my therapy yet but I’m already impressed with the excellent customer service I received.Thank you!!

I had a work accident and surgery at the beginning of February and started going to Saco Bay about the middle of February. I have worked with quite a few physical therapists at the Auburn location. Everyone in the office is pleasant, understanding and great to work with! I have had the best road to recovery due to SBPT and would highly recommend their services to anyone!
