I had a great experience from start to finish. Buying a car from another state can be a hassle, but Rowe Volkswagen was up to the task and even made me feel like a priority. I worked with Brian, and he knew exactly how to treat a customer—he didn't try to convince me I wanted a different car or to upgrade the one I did, showing he listened to me when I said I knew exactly what I wanted. He provided stellar communication and service and answered all my questions with authentic knowledge and passion. And to top it off, the GTI is an outstanding vehicle, easily the best car I've owned. A great introduction to my first VW.

This was easily my best car buying experience. Rowe was extremely easy to deal with. They were honest, accommodating and have followed up several times since the sale to answer any questions I might have. It is obvious that they know the vehicle well. Given that I was switching from a gas to an electric vehicle, this was all the more helpful. My salesperson, Dylan Elie, is great. He is honest and very responsive. Plus, he's just a pleasant person to be around. This has been a very positive experience.

Dylan, Chris in sales and Jim finance were some of the best I've dealt with when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Some of the most personable people have come to have met over the years. I recommend them 100 times over.

The salesman, Dylan was actually one of the most helpful people we've ever met. Very easy to talk to, answered all that questions, no pressure. Just a very efficient extremely well qualified salesman.

I am new to the area and had my serpentine belt break on my 2014 Tiguan. I called Rowe VW first, since I didn't know any local shops and wanted there to be as little risk as possible. I wanted to get the vehicle back on the road ASAP.I called to find out when I could get the vehicle in, how much it may cost, and do they have rentals/loaner vehicles. The automated phone system put me in touch with the appointment line. Renea wasn't rude. (That's the best thing I can say about my whole experience) She must have to deal with many rude customers though, as she took long pauses before giving me a statement, instead of an answer. They do not have loaners or rentals. When I asked if there was a place nearby that may have rental cars she just repeated that they do not have rentals or loaners. We could wait for the vehicle but she has no idea how long the repair would take. Plan on at least a half-day. The soonest appointment they have is 4 days out. When I asked about the cost she transferred me to a service writer. After 30 rings (I counted them) I hung up.I can only assume that this dealership has such a great service department that they can treat potential customers like cattle, and it has no impact in their bottom line.I found a local shop who got me in and fixed it at a reasonable price, and even though he was a one-man operation, he took the time to answer questions and treat me like a person.I gave 2 stars because no one was actually rude. They didn't drive me away, they just didn't give me a reason to choose them for servicing my vehicle.

Brian was super attentive and helpful getting me into a new vehicle after a whole ordeal with losing my last Atlas in an accident. He was very down to earth, and easy to deal with. I look forward to working with him and Rowe Auburn in the future.

The entire process was seamless, from walking in the door to driving away in my new GLI! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I explained my situation and what I was looking for (specifically a new GLI) and no time was wasted getting me into one for a test drive and then a purchase (well, lease).

The vehicle shuttle was great! I got to work told them my location and what services I wanted done. The car was picked up and dropped off in great condition with lots of updates.

Parts bought new 2 months ago were faulty. Because rowes didn't install them at 120 per hour to unbolt 2 bolts I was made to jump through hoops to get warranty of fault parts supplied. Having no work order for replacement no warranty . I will not be using rowe Ford for anything and I will now prefer to drive to another dealership for anything I need
