Our experience at Rowe Ford in Auburn, Maine was excellent. Our salesman, Dylan Elie, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We felt very comfortable buying our car from him and know we can call him anytime for help.

The window on my car slid off his track one evening I called Rowe VW and they said if I dropped it off the next day they would look at it. I did that and was happy to get in so quickly. I then got an email quote which seemed reasonable to simply put the window back on track. When I got to the dealership at the end of the day the price was twice as much as the quote.
I don't understand why I was told one thing and charged double? Is not the type of service I would recommend

My cousin and I went to Rowe Volkswagen Auburn yesterday. I had Dylan Elie who help us to buy a car Peak Edition. We have no experience about this car but Dylan explained very clear for us and very professional. We will come back here to buy another Peak Edition and we absolutely want him to help us again. He is the one highly recommended.

After a downright sketchy experience with another dealership, walking into Rowe and working with Dani felt like a HUGE breath of fresh air. I felt heard, respected, and cared for all throughout the process. In the end, I went with a truly gorgeous 2019 VW Tiguan. HIGHLY recommend Rowe and especially Dani. She had my back!

This was my first time buying a vehicle ever. Zane was very helpful thru the process. I was nervous and wasn’t sure what I was doing but everything was so smooth and I’m very happy with my choice in the end. The gentleman in the business department was super great as well and explained everything to me in great detail (forgot his name tho! So sorry)!
