Made an appointment for a quick recall and an oil change. An hour and a half into the visit is asked what was going on with my truck and was told need rear brake pads and rotors on my 2021 truck with 36k miles, to the tune of $700. I asked what about the recall, and the advisor says we haven’t started that yet!!!!!! ? I asked how much longer and he said a half hour. Well that was a 2.5 hour service appointment for a software update and an oil change. Not happy!!!

It was very nice however when I booked the appointment online it said $59.99 for the oil change with tire rotation as well. I paid almost $90 for the whole thing. Not impressed.

Do use for service.
Dropped car off for a simple repair scheduled on a Monday, no communication from the service department other than one initial call. Spent the rest of the week trying to reach them to get additional information on the repair and cost. No communication, no call backs after 10 plus messages left. Finally just went to pick the vehicle up to find out there's a $300 bill to tell us what we already knew and had asked them to fix.

Rob and Michelle in the service dept went completely above and beyond to rescue me and my family. We had blown a transmission cooling line in the middle of a 4 1/2hr trip on a friday afternoon on our way to a wedding. They were great very friendly and very helpful. They saved our weekend and pushed my vehicle thru and got it fixed and us back on the road in less than 3 hours
