Went in for an oil change today. They claim to take walk-ins but they are never available to do a walk-in. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

Honestly some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Scheduled my complementary Hyundai maintenance which they wouldn’t honor because the Westbrook location didn’t “claim” my last complimentary service. Told the lady with long black hair that I’d like to cancel my appointment so I could try and speak to the Westbrook location first and had my keys flung at me. The other customer service lady was berating the guy next to me who didn’t realize he scheduled his vehicle for a drop off appointment instead of a waiting appointment. The ladies acted like he was the biggest inconvenience for saying he’d wait anyway understanding it’d take longer due to his mistake. Also despite the sign that says no appointments necessary you definitely need an appointment. Have always had great experiences at Rowe Westbrook and Bill Dodge definitely stay away from here.

Failed attempt at putting in a bedliner to my truck not happy with the way it is in and will not have them do this type of work again on my vehicle

If I could give minus I would. I spent a lot time dealing on the phone with these. After being disconnected and texting, the salesman finally answered only to tell me I could not purchase I New vehicle from them because I lived in New Hampshire and not Maine!!!!????When asked why they said it was a dealership policy that's all. What a horrible customer service. Will never buy any vehicle from them.

Our salesperson was Korey C., and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I bought. He always made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me set up my phone on the vehicle. I would recommend him as a sales person for your next purchase.

Poor business ethics. Dishonest. Their car wash scratched a new car I had put a deposit on/was ready to purchase. Rather than tell me what happened so we could resolve the issue together, they tried making up excuses why I couldn't come in and buy it. I had sold my original car and was pressing the sales guy that I literally need to come in for the car tomorrow because I currently have no vehicle. Only then did he deliver the bad news that the new car had been damaged. They were trying to put me off for a few days so they could try and repair the damaged paint so I would hopefully not notice. This is how you treat your new car customers? Lie and cancel sales appointments to cover up a damaged car? The sales manager involved in this should be disgusted in themselves and reconsider what they do for a living.

I ordered one of the new mavericks through them and they were really helpful through the whole ordering and buying process. After getting the truck and noticing my rain guards were missing that I ordered with the truck, has been a 3 week hassle getting them now. In the end would still recommend buying a vehicle through them.

- A brief description of the concerns your vehicle is experiencing in March of 2021 I dropped my vehicle off at Rowe Auburn to be looked at because it appeared to be lagging and wouldn't go over 25 mph. They initially did a recall on it for something to do with the computer, and was still acting the same way as when I dropped it off. They then determined that it was the timing belt and something else(car had about 88k at the time give or take) due to the pandemic the parts were on back order, followed up several times for updates. Finally was given part numbers to go get after market parts (knew it would not be guaranteed by dealership) to just have the work done didn't care that it wouldn't be guaranteed they had had my vehicle for several months at this point. My father purchased said part and they said it was a two part piece which they never relayed that information to me, in the mean time that second part arrived was installed. I had already opened my initial case with you (#18636357) stating that I felt that this should not have happened with so few miles. During this 7 month period I had asked for a loaner which wasn't available each time I had asked. Got my car back mid October and was told it wouldn't run like the day I had purchased it but was expecting that considering the engine was taken apart. On Thanksgiving 11/25/21 it started smoking. Dropped it off at Rowe on friday the 26th to be looked at, asked for a loaner again seeing they wouldn't be able to look at vehicle til monday due to holiday weekend, and they still didn't have a loaner and could be placed on list. Now they are telling me it's something to do with the head gasket and quoted me $500. I believe they botched the initial job and don't want to take that responsibility. Considering my vehicle was with them they for such a long time they should have given me a vehicle to drive while it was be looked at. I am currently seeking a reimbursement for the initial repair of $2,100 and whatever this current issue that needs to be fixed which I'm looking to have done someplace else other than Rowe because I no longer trust they can do the job correctly.

I never rarely give a business a 1 star review, because there is usually a redeeming quality to the business that brings it up to 2 stars. But not with Rowe Auburn. We purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento LX in August 2021. With three days of purchasing the vehicle, the hood's secondary release fails. We made arrangements to drive the vehicle up to Rowe Auburn within one week to fix it, but we never made it up there because 2 days the check engine light comes on and we find out that the transmission temperature sensor has failed and it is towed to a local transmission center. It took several weeks to get the part and a week or more for the repair. A month later when we get it back we take it to our mechanic and find that the pipe leading to the catalytic converter has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. This vehicle was inspected by the Rowe Auburn dealership service department on 7/27/2021 and we are told by our mechanic that the hood release and catalytic pipe should have been caught and fixed during inspection. I have called Rowe Auburn at least twice, and was told that the general sales manager would call me back. No return call, no email, no letter. We do not trust Rowe Auburn's service department after what happened and will not take our car to their dealership for service. We also definitely do not trust Rowe Auburn to work with their customers. Next step in this situation: We plan to file a complaint with the Maine State Police on Rowe Auburn's service department regarding the inspectable items that should have failed inspection. We will never buy another vehicle from Rowe Auburn after this experience.

helpful but made the appointment for state inspection and oil change when we got there was told don't have time for an oil change you'll have to come back for that. which was extremely maddening seeing the appointment was for both and I had called earlier in the day to confirm that it was for both and was told yes

Had my heart set on a Tundra but wanted to look at comparisons, with no intentions of actually buying at the time! I met Justin, who answered all my questions and provided fantastic customer service throughout the purchase process of my new 2021 F150!!! Thanks to everyone involved there, I’m beyond happy that I chose Ford!
