“I screwed up my phone royally. It talked back at me and you couldn't do a thing to it. I brought it in a nice young man acknowledged me. He said I will be with you soon. Lucky for me it wasn't busy. The guy starts playing with my phone and says what did you do!? He looked stuff up on his phone and in under 5minutes I was thanking him and walking out the door. I work at a bakery and totally forgot to bring something. I asked if he was working the next day and yes he was. I brought in a dozen cookies for the employees to share. He didn't believe that I actually would bring them. He was surprised. I thought what he did for me was wonderful at no charge I could do something nice in return . His manners and friendliness was the best . Thank you!”
