Don't go to the Auburn Maine Smoke Shop the manager and staff were arrogant and thought they knew everything besides one of the younger staff employees he was respectful and polite

I have always had great service when I’ve gone to this location. Always friendly and courteous. Hours clearly posted especially since the hours have been varied over the last several months. Today, however, this was not the case. There was a sign stating “Be back in 5 minutes”. The sign appeared to have been up for a bit as there were no customers, which is rare. But I waited… for a minimum of 20 minutes. I left, went to a competitor to make my purchase and when driving back by, the store was still not open. I’m not sure how long it had been closed prior to arriving, but it was over 30 minutes from when I tried to enter to when I drove back by. Life happens, we all get that, but if you have to leave (especially at a time more people shop), please be courteous and leave a note stating the specific time for your return rather than an inaccurate note that well understates the reality of the time you will be closed.

Good prices on tobacco, cigarettes and accessories, and even if you only smoke cannabis this store has something for all smokers new and experienced. Products geared towards any age range basically. I highly recommend checking it out!
