The store is a joke it's 8:00 in the evening one of the hours is not the other one says 10 trying to call to find out which one it is and nobody can answer your phone but they're all working but nobody can answer your phone to get an associate to ask Joke. Just another Walmart.

Lots of stuff but hard to find someone to help you. Lots of signage so that helps. They didn't carry what we were looking for. Should of just checked the local hardware store. Looked at wooden screen doors. For the price they looked cheaply made.

I need to say as a long time customer of Lowe’s I am very disappointed with my last purchase
I wanted a small riding lawnmower and saw online that Lowe’s in Auburn had one so I went in to see it when I didn’t see it on the sales floor I asked the employee in that department he said that it shows in stock and went out back to check on it, he came back and said we have two one has a broken seat and can’t be sold and the other one has a sold tag on it from back in March he said that must be a mistake and will look into it, I went back the next day and was told the lawnmower could be sold I asked to see it and was told I couldn’t go outback so he showed me a picture on his phone I bought it and asked for delivery, it was delivered on Tuesday after Memorial Day it was dropped off and they left what I got was the one with the broken seat I thought it wasn’t worth the effort to send it back so I had to drill out a broken screw go to the store and find another fixed the seat and started to check it out on the first turn the whole steering wheel came apart in my hand after another hour I got that fixed all the owners manuals wet soaked so bad they couldn’t be read
Needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with Lowe’s

My experience today at Lowe’s was outstanding. I needed a 50# bag of sand to fill in the crevices between cement pavers that make up my sidewalk. Your exceptional employee, Tanner, brought it to the register for me in a Lowe’s bucket that I was purchasing. He also put it in my car after opening the bag & pouring the sand into the Lowe’s bucket. I appreciate this thoughtful young man who was so willing to help an elderly lady. I was at the Auburn store and Caleb and Mark helped me in the lumber department and Caleb was very good at showing Mark how to safely use the Saw to cut lumber, Mark was very attentive, think is a great store.
