It's a mediocre service department they didn't do everything they were supposed to do. I would probably go back, but only because my car comes with a maintenance package. The package includes oil changes and tire rotations. I asked the lady when I picked up my car if they actually rotated my tires which she said they did I can 100% attest that they did not rotate my tires. They did not check the pressure in my tires. However, she said they needed to be replaced at an astronomical cost of $875, probably the going rate for tires

Not a good experience at all.Had an appointment with Lee credit and had it confirmed an hour prior to find out when went to said appointment the person called out. They then insisted on pulling my credit for the retail side when I knew I was going in there specifically for the Lee Credit application. Not only was I declined but felt that I was being talked down to about my overall credit score and what I was willing to pay. Very salesy and trying to tell me why Lee Credit side wouldn’t benefit me vs the retail side. Overall disappointing since this was my first experience with Lee after hearing positive remarks from others. Moral of the story is, if you confirm an appointment for the Lee Credit side stick to what the customer is looking to accomplish or end up having your credit pulled 6 times for something you knew wasn’t going to pass in the first place! Complete waste of time

You walk in and you've got the guy who yeah I love these kind of vehicles, agree w whatever. We were not playing so we left and we came back with a cosigner. Now this time his boss came up to us saying that you know this is what it's going to be worst case well you know what worst case all right yeah. Go ahead and run it again if that's going to be the worst case. And he sent specifically either way I'm going to take care of you. So we agree that that'll be the worst case scenario and will approve that if need be,. But then the head Bank guy, I'm guessing like the Monopoly guy of the place, says he wants around 10,000 down. Like seriously. Just shame giving us this worst case scenario, and already lied of his word. Not one to do business here ever again!

I had a stressful couple weeks trying to find a car somewhere but what a relief it was when I went to Lee in auburn. I showed Tim the car I wanted and that’s just what I got. Rob helped me with the last of the paperwork and I pulled off the lot tonight in my new car, as one happy customer! The service was amazing to say the least. I would definitely recommend going here, especially if you’re looking for your first car with no credit just like I was.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Lee Auto! The salesmen and managers were polite, witty, and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are not only completely satisfied with what they are purchasing, but they also make sure that it truly is a quality vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Giroux and his manager Kyle Hamel at the Lee Auto Mall in Augusta, Maine. I had done the typical research on the vehicles they had available on that lot that met my price rate. I had my questions in order, my spending limits, everything prepared to get what I thought I wanted. I met with Jordan who asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and what I was considering. We started a basic application process to officially see my spending range available to better know my options. As we awaited the results, he asked me the bottom line necessities and wants from a vehicle, typed it in and started pulling up results from not only the lot in Augusta, but from the entire Lee Auto Mall. He presented so many options that I hadn't seen in my research online. We were able to find a vehicle that I absolutely loved. It was located at a different lot, but they were able to get it transported for me to check it out. The vehicle is an absolute dream and it truly was honestly priced, not inflated disgustingly the way surrounding dealerships were doing. They were able to work with lenders and got me approved so quickly. On another note, they were more than fair with their offer for my trade in. Jordan had explained his direct, no frills, honest salesmanship practice of not pushing you into a vehicle that would end up setting you up for failure financially or mechanically. He was extremely knowledgeable about so many different brands and makes of vehicles and was familiar with the recalls and common issues with certain models in said years and major recalls. I was left with zero questions which was incredible because I had been researching cars for months!! Jordan and Kyle worked with good creditors who also report to all 3 major credit bureaus so that your credit can be properly maintained. Also, the extended warranty program offered is outstanding and affordable!! I will definitely purchase from Lee Auto again! It feels good to be acknowledged and treated as a fellow human being rather than a quota or sale.

Bob was an absolute delight to deal with when getting my new car. He's so patient and a great people person. I really enjoyed him helping me.
