I had to have corrosion repair on my 2018 Jeep. I brought it to Lee Collision in Westbrook and they did an outstanding job! Pam helped me navigate the Chrysler Care process. Honestly I would have given up and traded my vehicle if I didn't have Pam to help. The quality of the repair is also great! They had my vehicle done in less time then estimated and my Jeep Wranglers repairs are flawless.Thank you to Pam and the whole team at the Collision Center!Sincerely,Judy EdwardsServices: Painting

I went this morning to drop my Dodge Journey off and the service man Tim Malloy was very rude and disrespectful. I will never use any of Lee's services again because of Tim. My sister was there as well and said she could not believe how we were treated. This man should not work with the public.

The people at Lee Collison Repair Center were very helpful to me from the first day I walked in and spoke to someone about my needed repairs on my van. They helped schedule a time that worked for me and set up a rental from Enterprise to keep me going in the meantime. I love the rental so much I'm selling my newly repaired van to get a SUV!Anyhow, they did very good work and I'm very happy I went through them. Relatively painless, especially due to them working with the insurance company directly! Would recommend!

This is my 2020 personal experience. In early 2020, I was run off the road on my way back to Lewiston from Auburn. I called my insurance and had them tow my Civic hybrid for fear of it being totalled. My insurance company towed it to one of their partners to be evaluated, they found that the repairs were not enough to total it, so they called me to have me choose where I'd like it brought to for repairs. After careful consideration and with my stellar experiences with Lee Honda's service department in mind, I chose the Lee collision center. A short while later after all was said and done, I went to retrieve my vehicle. I got there and there was a couple small items missed and for one reason or another, a piece of the vent handle next to the steering wheel was missing. One of the items that was missed was actually the fault of my insurance failing to include it in the repairs even though it was listed in the accident, the other was damage to the front rim. After a brief call to my insurance and after a quick word with a member of their staff, they brought it back in and fixed both of those items, however the vent handle was still taken apart and missing a piece. On the second round of me attempting to retrieve my car, I pointed out that the handle was taken apart and had a piece missing. The employee I spoke with tried to blame my insurances third party appraiser, but none the less took the rest of the vent handle so that he may try to "source a part" for me. Fast forward to the following summer, and I've got no updates on the missing parts. Nevertheless, with my positive experiences in mind, I elected to become an employee of the company. I spoke with my manager about the clip, and my manager said he'd look into it. Lo and behold, he was unable to locate the rest of the handle, he didn't know what happened to it, and he told me he'd look into replacement parts. Unfortunately for me and for Lee, the parts aren't readily available through their vendor and he informed me he'd keep me posted. For reasons unrelated, I later resigned, however I continued to keep in touch with my manager. During the next several months, he was still unable to get replacement parts and I continued to keep in touch, however the end of the year was approaching. The last time I tried to check in, I was ignored. This may be of no fault of the company as I am currently unaware of whether or not my manager is still employed through Lee, however this particular experience leaves an unpleasant feeling behind. For almost a year I had been communicating with the company and it's employees and for almost a year I continued to be told they were working on it. Outright, the work completed on my vehicle was done well, the refinished paint came out beautifully, the body work was seamless and looking at my vehicle you wouldn't have been able to guess it had been hit, however the initial lack of accountability was discouraging and the fact that I have now sold the vehicle without ever getting the replacement part is also discouraging.

Worst customer service experience in my life. After spending over $5,000 in repairs they finished fixing my car. 2 days later my car broke down. Not a coincidence, and yet they did not take responsibility of the situation. I had to spend an additional $400 in repairs plus the expense of the tow it back to them. They try to intimidate you with diagnostic fees so they don't have to investigate their own mistakes during the repairs. I do not recommend anyone to take their car here ever.

It's a long review but worth the read Let me start off and say that if you're thinking about getting your car back in a timely manner don't go to this location for any kind of body work. I brought my vehicle here for repairs which was an insurance claim which I was not at fault. I was greeted by a nice receptionist very kind woman on at 12 February after I made a appointment to bring it in for the body work. my insurance claim and adjuster said the bodywork will only take two days which it states on all documents. Lee Collision had it over the amount of days that the body work should have took to make repairs. my vehicle should have been completed not later then the 10th or 11th of February. I called them numerous of times trying to recover my vehicle. Did not receive it until the 13th. now the other persons insurance does not want to cover me for the two extra days of me having the rental car. Lee collision does not want too cover me the 2 days for the rental. Their reasoning is that it's flu season and they didnt have enough technicians and it's a high peak season. I don't believe it's my fault that you don't have enough technicians. I don't believe I should be charged for the 2 days of a rental because you did not complete your part of the agreement in a timely manner. They told my insurance Company I should have asked for a loaner vehicle. How would I know to ask for one if I though my vehicle would not be done on the day I was told it was going to be completed. Rob is the body shop manager. Not a nice guy. Don't go here I really don't recommend going here

Lee Collision was very polite and informative during the process of fixing my vehicle after hitting a deer. Dan Wyman kept me informed during the whole time. He called when the estimate was complete letting me know what it needed and cost, called me when parts were in and approximate time to get repairs done. They did a great repair job, looks like it did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. I'm impressed with how they kept me up to date with what was going on. I didn't have to wonder when I would be getting vehicle back. When your without your vehicle, even though I had a rental, one is out of sorts and not in their own element. Thank you Dan and all at Lee Collision for being respectful, keeping communication going and making a not so wonderful experience tolerable.
