They were going to charge me on the inspection sticker on my new 2024 Jeep. They never charged me on them on my past vehicles so he waved the fee. Dealerships are offering free car washes and so forth, this dealership is all about making money instead of taking care of their customers. A little Goes a long way sometimes.

Had to drop my car off for a warranty item. On3 downside - I was told they would need my car for 4 or 5 days, it ended up being two weeks. I understand things happen, but i had to reach out for an estimate on a pickup time and was then informed they needed a second week with it. Communication could be better for sure.
