Took my car in for a check up and they STOLE my brand new cannabis vape cartridge that I just bought on my way there and left in the center console. They left the ripped open packaging by mistake and I am pissed. Do not trust this place. They took a picture of the package when I complained and that's it. If you decide to come here do not leave anything of value; they will steal it.

Wonderful customer service experience! Just registered my 2020 Durango today and was pleasantly surprised with the hidden added note. Alan went above and beyond and added a little humor to his message. (Blurred for the Karen’s.) but he was wonderful to work with and so was everyone else! 10/10 Recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alan was phenomenal to work with. He went above and beyond to make it happen quickly. We purchased a 20 Durango and couldn'tbe happier. The manager Chad was also great to deal with. Highly recommend. Also thank you to Shane in service for getting the vehicle through the shop quickly. Will be back for a newer Ram

I paid around $1400.00 for rear brakes, it needed pads, a new caliper and a few other things. It took around a week for them to fix it because they didn’t have commonly used parts on hand. I had to call for updates because they didn’t reach out to me. A dealership like this is only as strong as their service department. I will never go back there again, way to expensive and I feel like I was taken for a ride on the actual work that was done. I’ll drive to another dodge dealer even if that means making a longer trip from home.

Purchased Honda paint from them on Amazon.. They took the time prior to shipping to reach out and verify it would match the vehicle. Upon my responding, paint was shipped that day, and was priced reasonably. Excellent customer service.

I am a new customer and called the service department on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Andrew. His knowledge comforted me on a small issue I had with my TPM system early this morning. Also, was able to schedule an oil change that worked great for my schedule. His customer service went above my expectations. He was friendly and knowledgeable and enjoyable to interact with. Looking forward developing a good customer relationship with this dealership.

I looked for weeks to get a car and everywhere gave me a hard time, didn’t give me much faith. Lee not only gave me options they helped me get into exactly what I asked for! David was incredibly helpful and on top of everything. Definitely the place to go if you need help getting a car.

This place sucks! My gf's jeep has to go in multiple times for service. Noted it's a 2016 grand Cherokee overland with 80,000 miles. They did emissions work on it and she had to go back within minutes because they didn't reset the computer(asshat techs). Then within a week she has coolant lines coming undone as if they didn't tighten them. So she called them to complain and THEY HUNG UP ON HER. ( she is 7 months pregnant). We took our service to Charlie's in Augusta. F*** this place!
