The customer service was exceptional that I rec'd at the self checkout counter. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient. He helped me save a total of $90 by helping me through the checkout process and showing me how to use my $50 Kohl's Cash and take advantage of a 40% discount...all at self checkout.

The customer service is fantastic! I didn't realize that this location doesn't offer curbside pickup when I placed my order. When I arrived to pickup my order, I had a baby sleeping in the car and didn't want to wake him up. When I called to explain my mistake and ask for help, an employee ran my item out to me and I was able to drive away with a still sleeping baby! Thanks Kohl's for helping out this busy Mama!!
