Anything I had questions about was explained well and the entire process was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using H&R Block for my taxes next year as well!

We couldn't get past a glitch in the at-home software, so I contacted help online. They were not helpful. So we went into an H&R office and it took way over an hour to get our taxes done--because of software issues. What was supposed to cost us $30 ended up being almost $300. Make that almost $330.
