Hotel Road Self Storage is great and I would highly recommend them to family and friends! The customer service and cleanliness of the building was top notch. They made loading and unloading very easy with complimentary carts and covered bays. I also love the fact that there is no key needed, you set a code you can remember and you're in! 10/10!

I rented a storage unit for my son over the phone from another state and had nothing but the best service the entire time we used them, from start to finish. Always responsive, super clean and well-maintained building and unit, and just a good experience overall. I don't usually write reviews but I highly recommend them.

This was such an easy place to work with. Sue and Cindy are so helpful and friendly. They are both very knowledgeable about the units and contract. I always have access to my unit. Sue suggested auto payment which made it even easier. I called from Arizona before I got to Maine and my unit rental was done over the phone. One thing I didn’t need to worry about.
The reason I didn’t give Hotel Road Storage 5 star is because I’m vacating my unit with 2 weeks still left on my payment for the month. It would be nice to get two weeks $ back. Not sure how it is with other storage facilities.overall VERY SATISFIED ??

The ppl at this storage facility made renting a unit so easy. Sue has helped so much. She explained everything and gave me a tour of the units. She also made it really easy for me to make payments. Highly recommend Hotel Road Storage!
