“Went to buy a mechanics tool cart at the new Oxford store. They had forgotten to remove the sale which had passed but honored the sale price for me. The two ladies who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even went so far as to load my purchase in my car. I always liked harbor freight and now I like them more!”
“Decent store. Horrible return policy. They use a third party(The Retail Equation) that approves but mainly denies returns even if you never returned at homedepot. You can't exchange homedepots own in-house brands for other items without a receipt. Even if the item is a gift and still new sealed in the package. It's insane.”
“Lots of stuff but hard to find someone to help you. Lots of signage so that helps. They didn't carry what we were looking for. Should of just checked the local hardware store. Looked at wooden screen doors. For the price they looked cheaply made.”
