Went to buy a mechanics tool cart at the new Oxford store. They had forgotten to remove the sale which had passed but honored the sale price for me. The two ladies who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even went so far as to load my purchase in my car. I always liked harbor freight and now I like them more!

The value HF offers is really unparalleled, and the quality has been steadily increasing since I started shopping here 10+ years ago. I have never been disappointed with any purchases, but I also don't have unrealistic expectations of what I buy vs. how much it costs.
