Staff is very nice, but prices are overall a bit too high in my opinion. I don't like how all items in one category are all marked at same base price regardless of quality or condition. I still shop here, but am very selective to be sure I'm getting a good value. I like that they accept returns within 14 days.

For a store that has cameras it seems unnecessary to lock the bathrooms. Waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom door doesn't work for everyone.

I find Goodwill to be a very good quality second hand retailer. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean and well organized. I find everything to be reasonably priced. I do recommend this business to others.

I normally do ok at this Goodwill. I've bought piles of sports cards w no real hits but they only charge like $2 for a decent stack. I happened to notice they had some vintage Pokemon and they wanted $20 for a normal size stack so I figured wow that's quite a jump from the normal $2 they have always asked for, there must be something good in that pile. I figured wth and bought it. Boy was I wrong! I was pretty let down just for the simple fact that they were all common cards but not only that the cards had obviously spent time on the floor w people walking on them because they had dirt imprinted in almost every one. Whoever packaged these cards up knew exactly what they were doing... Ripping someone off! I thought about returning the cards but I no I would get the same old song and dance about no returns. Like goodwill isn't making enough money since they get everything for free but they also have to rip off their faithful customers? I'm not sure I'll ever return to this particular store.

It's so horrible what goodwill has been doing to low income families around the tri town area .goodwill was known for helping families in need for used items that where priced at a lower value because there second hand. Goodwill literally get there products for FREE! There used items are sooo over priced they sell most items more expensive then you would pay for a brand new item At a Walmart or target or other stores I found a half burnt out candle from dollar tree for 3$its so sickening what they are doing this makes me so freaking mad

Will never donate here again. The young kid that came outside was rude & acted suspicious of everything I wanted to donate. What the heck? Then he left and sent out his boss, I guess, who was only slightly nicer. Guess I don't need to donate to them anymore.

There supposed to help people who work there and when they notice someone is having a hard time there just shove them off cause of crabby old lady’s they are terrible

They are very proud of their items! I bought a gardening book, a glass vase, 2 skeins of yarn, and a glass baking dish with no lid. Those 5 items cost $20. It's Goodwill; it should not be that costly for used items! The selection was pretty limited, and it was definitely picked over.
