Leaves the packages in driveway at bottom of stairs on a overcast day I'd fire him yesterday no reason to put not place em on covered porch terrible service.

I was in the Auburn location yesterday. I had several things to accomplish. Mykenzie B. was incredibly helpful. Task after task, she was professional and provided excellent customer service.

If you had to count on FedEx, don't, ! Not if you actually want to receive the package. These people need to go out of business, I guess I'm just lost for words, something so easy, once, is now a mess , it has to be this New generation of nonworkers,, very sad what the American youth have become, probably our fault. Technically an all, sure feels like we're going backwards, nothing gets better, it just gets worse.time to make things simple again!

Heaven forbid you mention to an employee that in the past they haven’t asked for a signature (they should have been all along). I was told I was wrong, that it’s “impossible” for that to happen (it’s not), and that I’m crazy and imagining things. The extremely poor customer service when I was simply bringing a matter to an employees attention, is baffling to me. When the box is worth 3 thousand dollars, there shouldn’t be an argument when it’s a simple matter being brought up. I wasn’t even expecting anything out of mentioning it, but the employee (Makenzie) decides to take it further as she is quivering/shaking in front of me.
Bringing this to fedex corporate.

Makenzie went above and beyond for our need. We were in for a printing job that unfortunately was for our sister’s funeral. We wanted something a little special and she ‘understood the assignment’. She was amazing and empathetic. She literally brought tears to our eyes (happy ones of course) when she showed us the completed job. Thank you Makenzie for making a very difficult task become something truly special.❤️

My review is for James specifically and only him; as the other employee was (in my opinion) lacking the understanding of customer service- maybe she was having a bad day-but still. James was so kind and nice! He even followed up himself. Fedex should be proud to have someone like James working for them!

Don't believe the store hours on Google for a second! I just showed up at 5: 35pm and the doors were locked! This is a reoccurring problem with this particular FedEx. If you want to ship your package out on time I would make sure to go somewhere else.

Avoid Auburn Center St. location,horrible customer service!!! Only employee in store was on phone for 15 to 20 min,YES,15 to 20 min as line formed.Noah failed to even apologize for the looooong wait which peeved me to most!!! Almost 60 years old and this by far was my worst customer service experience EVER!!!!!!!!!! Where is Josh when we need him,he was great at this store,but gone forever I guess. :(
