I was very impressed with Emerson Toyota. The salesperson was so sweet and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted not only for a trade in but also the extras I wanted on my new truck. I would highly recommend giving them a chance before going thru another dealer. It’s worth the drive.

I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Emerson Toyota. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted based on vehicles that were in transit and unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past they didn’t try to upsell me or try to sell me a vehicle they already had on the lot. I appreciate that I was able to reserve the exact vehicle I wanted rather than having to reserve the next available vehicle of that make and model. This option was well worth the non-refundable deposit. I also felt I received a very fair price for my trade in given its age and condition. I would definitely recommend Emerson Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

The sales ppl are good, but as soon as you buy the car, expect the severe department to change your feelings super quick. I do not trust them at all and will not continue any Services with them after my free oil change. My biggest fear is that they are not going to uphold the extended warranty I paid for if anything happens. I hope they are honest enough to do so. Be very careful and get it checked out by someone else. Even if they say it's ok get it checked. 0% trusted.

The sales people are great; I love Tiana, but I really wish she could wave the wand of progress over Toyota and get them to build me a truck already. It kills me to say that I'm old enough to remember when you could spec out your new car, and by God, have that damn thing in just a few weeks.
