Salesman flat out lied to us regarding the purchase of a vehicle. We went in to see the vehicle and were told the vehicle was on hold. He told us how reputable the dealership was and that he was holding the vehicle until the next morning and would call us the next morning regarding the cars status. The next morning he called me and told me that the guy they were holding the car for "backed-out' of the deal so the car was available. My wife called the salesman and scheduled a time for that same evening to test drive the car. A few hours after that the salesman called me back to tell me he had 'bad news' for me and that the previous customer came in and bought that car. Of course, I told him he lied to me when he told me the car was available and lied to me about their reputable dealership. The lesson learned here is: DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Robbie C

My car needed service. When the check engine light came on I drove it directly to Emerson with no appointment. Although they were booked solid for two weeks they agreed to let me leave my car and they would attempt to squeeze it in. In the meantime I went to see Brian Dennis who has been our salesman for years. Told him and Vinnie the sales manager if they could find me a new lease before car was ready I would upgrade my lease NOW! Within an hour I had a quote on a brand new lease and the next morning I drove off the lot with a 2022 Buick Encore. Zero miles. Exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.

I was looking for a new truck and my wife & I happen to be test driving another dear’s vehicle and it didn’t feel right , We happen to see Emerson and decided to stop in, I found the truck I was looking for 2022 Chevrolet Colorado Z71.Our salesman Cory was awesome! He listened and was very knowledgeable and made our experience stress free. Highly recommend.

Took in my 2006 Trailblazer because of a accident that caused my hubs to malfunction and the brakes to engage upon releasing the throttle. The insurance company said they wouldnt cover the front wheel hubs unless the dealer said they were bad. I work as a mechanic I know when the hubs are bad. I paid $168 diagnostic for them to tell me the rear hub sensors were bad. Which was strange that they called the insurance company and then told me the front hubs weren't bad but the rear ones were and since the accident was in the front the insurance wouldnt cover it. So I replaced them on my own dime. The problem still wasnt fixed. So I went ahead and replace the front hub again on my own dime and wow problem solved. I will not be taking my truck back to them.
