NON-existent business!!!!!! What a disappointment to see a five star rating, get there, this business does not even exist!!!!!!! Somebody made a huge mistake. Should be removed from Car wash site. Instead go to Golden Nozzle Car Wash nearby on 828 Minor Ave, Auburn, Maine. THAT IS A REAL 5 STAR. Danny is the awesome manager..... soft cloth/anti-scratch method of Wash!!!!

If you're a truck driver good luck backing it up from the street on Hotel Rd. Do not turn on Poland! Call ahead so someone can help you back up.

Absolutely sucked didn't even clean my car right. They actually made more stains on my seats than what was there before. Got my car back and the seats were wet and smelled of mildew save your money these people suck.

Not great with details. Inside my car, I had the seats washed and there was splashing marks all over the inside of my car that I didn't see til later. I had to point our other problems outside of car. New dent on top of door. Will never go there again! This was not a problematic day. It is their normal day so I can't support someone that doesn't do what I ask for and didn't address my concerns that I had expressed prior to doing the job. Really don't deserve even a star ....

Very unprofessional, rude, and does a poor job. They had my car for 24 hours and "forgot" to do it. When they finally did do it, the next day, there were multiple places not even touched. I was also informed that pet hair removal is not included with the detail when they told me it was done. When I expressed my disappointment with the detail, they neglected to respond. After I gave a review on their Facebook page, they proceeded to send me a very rude and unprofessional text, stating and I quote "consider our service as a marriage and this is our divorce". There was no apology, no customer service. This was their one and only response to me. Don't waste your money! Wish I had seen the other reviews before going there.
