I called them to ask for a manager because I applied to work their and the man said no and i was gonna ask when their would be but before I could even get a chance to he hung up on me. He didn’t even ask if their was anything else that I needed he just hung up which was very rude!

Cosmo prof is not open to the public it is for people that have a license to make money. I just hate seeing ignorant comments and reviews. PUBLIC SALES ARE NOT ALLOWED!!!!! Stop writing comments for them doing there job!!

I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable at this store while looking for a specific product— which they had. Apparently they don’t sell to the general public, which is a very poor sales practice. They rudely took the product out of my hands and escorted me out of the store because I didn’t have a cosmetology license. They’d rather ditch a sale than make a profit and help a customer out— this yourself exactly why online retailers like Amazon thrive.

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all, which is unfortunate because it seemed like they had a bit more to offer as far as product selection. SalonCentric’s staff was far more helpful and polite, will be taking my business there from now on.

Lots of products for the licensed professional. Unfortunately, Cosmoprof is not open to the public. They do have a sister store, Sally's beauty supply.... No license required.

Staff is unknowledgable about products and rude to customers. Store is never adequately stocked and no one will offer any assistance.
