He is also upfront when a part is beginning to wear but doesn’t need changing right away, instead of just telling me it needs to be repaired. Rather than talking down to you and assuming you don’t know car parts, they speak to customers knowledgeably and on-the-level, making whole experience much more pleasant and informative than many mechanics tend to be.Awesome place, absolutely recommend!”

“This guy (Don, maybe? Can't remember) helped me out several times a few years ago when my old Accord (then later, Mazda 6) needed parts in order for the good people of the twin cities to get their pizza on time. Long overdue review but I was very impressed with how accommodating and friendly he was, cannot overstate that. I'd tell him what I need, make a deal and be back on the road. Had to take the parts off the car myself a few times but that made it an adventure. Sometimes I'd find a part I never knew I needed but the prices were always lower than expected so I'd walk out with a smile, feeling accomplished. It's been a minute, but any time time I need something used, Morris is the first place I call.”

“These guys took great care of me on very short notice for a bumper that was deeply scratched and had many clear coats gunked up all over it, (in a very, very poor attempt to fix it myself but made much worse.) The result after a couple hours here was a like-new bumper. I dealt with Jim who was cool and helpful. All around fantastic experience. I will recommend to all for body work and I would have confidence going back for anything mechanical as well.”

“I happened to pull into a gas station right when my car was making a horrible sound and the owner, Chuck, was there at the right time to let me know that my car definitely needs to be looked at. I called Chuck the next day and he was able to fix my car in less than a day! He found the part I needed at a VERY goodprice and had it done in just a few hours. “I called Brad at the end of a long list of shops I was getting quotes from for an alternator. Brads shop was the cheapest shop available by far. I'd told him I'd give him a call back. I choose to go with him and called hoping to schedule the closest available appointment. As everyone knows that's not always soon and when you're out of a car it can be a real problem. Brad informed me he was booking out a couple of weeks and asked if the car was driveable. I told him it was and, he said if I wanted to drop it off he could possibly get it done in a few days. I brought my car in on a Wednesday evening and expressed how badly I needed it as soon as possible. He told me it would be done by Monday hopefully sooner. I received a call less than 24 hours after dropping off that it was fixed and I could pick it up. Not only did Brad fix the problem I came in for, but he also noticed I was low on oil and filled it up before I ran into any issues. 100% will come back for more service and recommend this shop to everyone.”
“Apparently there was a small mis hap with my oil change where oil was spilled on my engine. I wasn't given an exact answer as to what happened and my truck smelled like it was burning oil for the ride home after the service. There was a sincere apology given and I was also assured that the oil change and tire rotation doesn't usually take as long as it did. I was waiting nearly 2 hours in the lounge area. I should add it was well stocked with coffee, tea, various snacks and good waiting area.
I wasn't to upset about the oil spill because things happen. I was also surprised when the service department gave me a free voucher for a wash, glass and vacuum cleaning for my truck for the inconvenience. All in all, the people were nice polite and accommodating even though the service didn't go as planned.”

“My car needed service. When the check engine light came on I drove it directly to Emerson with no appointment. Although they were booked solid for two weeks they agreed to let me leave my car and they would attempt to squeeze it in. In the meantime I went to see Brian Dennis who has been our salesman for years. Told him and Vinnie the sales manager if they could find me a new lease before car was ready I would upgrade my lease NOW! Within an hour I had a quote on a brand new lease and the next morning I drove off the lot with a 2022 Buick Encore. Zero miles. Exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.”
