We started out with Austin Associates approximately 5 years ago. They were very good and very helpful all through the years in our multifaceted Real Estate business. We are a small business, 2 LLC's and personal taxes. In February we received an email saying that there were no longer going to be our accountants and that they would finish our 2023 taxes. Then in March we were informed that they were not going to be able to complete our 2023 taxes and that we would have to find another accountant. Dropping the bomb on us last minute. Not even a phone call to talk to us and discuss it. Totally unprofessional and I do not recommend this firm.

Started out very satisfied with the firm, as time went on they just don’t respond to simple emails and questions. As a small business owner getting responses timely is super important. Maybe this firm is just more suited for larger clients, but I would not recommend them if you are a small business.

I’ve used this firm for the closing of my parents estate, personal taxes and starting a business. Autumn is easy to work with: she’s not an ounce condescending when explaining things and is patient. I’ve had consistent returns over the years with my personal taxes, no surprises. Keith communicated well too, he did the estate taxes. Both were very professional and responsive. I’d highly recommend them!

We love our accountant Scott Booker! He is smart, responsive and always works in our best interest. He is an excellent part of our personal and business financial team!
