I would like to express my love towards this particular store in Arundel,ME. Chris from this store literally blessed us that day, looked at every tire store on the way to patch a tire but no one was ready to help but fortunately this store turned out to be a blessing! He patched the tire free of charge, forever grateful for his ser and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great customer experience!

We have a family of 5 with 5 cars, and have been loyal VIP Arundel customers for a few years now. They have earned our trust over the years with their quality of repair, honesty, and customer service. Darin Harvey and Ellen Curtis are a pleasure to work with, and always go above and beyond, as do the other front desk staff. The techs have always done good work, we have no complaints! We are glad to find a place we trust that does things right, and has our best interest in mind. Overall, it's always a positive experience there.

VIP is an outstanding automotive repair and sales center. I’ve had dependable, professional service on my 2006 Mustang and would highly recommend them for all your service needs. Over the last few years I’ve had service on my radiator and cooling system, power steering repairs, and most recently electrical work on my power windows. All repairs were performed by highly professional technicians and I’ve had no problems at all. The service advisors,Ellen and Cameron, and Manager Darin Harvey are excellent. They have always been very prompt in getting appointments scheduled and always keep me informed of progress. Thanks for being a trusted local repair facility.

ON SUNDAY 7/7/2024 MY FAMILY AND I WERE ON OUR WAY TO TAKE OUR SON TO THE ZOO FOR HIS 7 TH BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A BLOWOUT. THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE AND HAD US IN AND OUT!
