They broke my front driver's side hubcap, when i called to complain about it they tried to tell me it was already cracked, i know for a fact that was a lie, they then siad get a new hubcap and they will reimburse me, waiting to see my reimbursement.

I bought my tires here and get free rotation. One tire seemed to be losing air so they checked it and found out it was coming from the rim. Took a whole 1/2 hour, in and out. . They also have an agreement with other tire stores in different states so when I drive to Florida I still get free rotation!

Very unprofessional staff… I requested the tire pressures to be set at 70 psi and they refused stating that they were recommended to be at 35 by the manufacturer of the vehicle. Although the tires they put on the truck were not the recommended size by the manufacturer.
I was also charged nearly $16 for TPMS stem caps and replacement cores… They were not replaced.

We blew a tire on vacation and these guys sold us for really expensive tires that I feel were unnecessary. They sold us on the drive train line of bull I feel a bit taken advantage of. They did however put the tires on correctly, but did not put the spare back right

Rude people honestly wouldn’t send my worst enemy there also charging 200+ for a tire swap over on brand new tires highly don’t recommend bringing your business to them town fair tire on 111 will take care of your services with a good attitude and professional work

We were traveling further up the Maine coast when we had trouble with a tire. We pulled off and were directed to The Tire Warehouse. They had our tires and got us in immediately. Great service, kind techs and quality tires. We are very happy!

I have always been fond of Tire Warehouse and their services. The professional professionalism, in my opinion, is great. They are up front and honest.
I recently purchased four new tires. Buy 1 get 1 free with a great package. I have a subaru forester so I need four tires to pass inspection and now I have four great new tires and my car drives so much better.
I recommend this place to anyone who needs their services. Stop by and check them out. They also fill your tires with air for free.

Went in for new tires and when I arrived to pickup vehicle they had a broken stud on the counter with a game plan for me to go to a shop
Across the street for repairs. I was told it would be fully paid for and they already talked with the shop and they can fix it in 20
Minutes. After arriving at the shop I was told they could not fix the truck and they were told it was a 2022 ram 2500 not a 3500. I’ve now got over 1.5hrs of phone time with customer service waiting for a response.
I was also told by the technician it was safe to drive my ram 3500 dually dump truck with the stud broken but after speaking with other shops I was told it will compromise my other studs and vehicle
Should be parked .

I waited in their waiting room. The tires were put on, and i was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

The store manager, Matt, and his crew were beyond friendly and accommodating when my tired began to have some serious issues (bubbling out the side). I called the store and he offered to have me come right in for a fix. I put on my spare tire and drove a town over. He and his crew had me back on the road within 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Arundel Tire Warehouse.
