“Corporate Extra Space Storage tried to raise the monthly rate only 9 months after a previous increase. I called my local facility. Stan said he would recommend no change to his district manager and call me back. Within an hour, he called back to inform me that there would be no rate change. Excellent customer service. Corporate needs to make fewer smaller rate increases to earn the 5 star.”
