Hands down the best Paulins in the country and potentially the best shop of ANY brand . Darin is a good hearted, knowledgeable and skilled mechanic who will take care of you. I went here for an undercoat after shopping around (just got stationed here )

Picked up a mail in a tire while visiting Kennebunk. Paulin's helped me out first thing in the morning on a Wednesday. Friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this shop.

We got a flat tire when we were camping and were worried that it would take a long time to fix and be really expensive. The other tire places in the neighborhood were going to take a day or two to get to us, but Paulin's took us right away and fixed our tire in 20 minutes for only $20. Melissa was super kind and helpful, and a really refreshing change from the patronizing vibe that you sometimes run into at auto repair places. Will definitely go to Paulin's whenever we're in this area.

Breaks were replaced upon inspection. Parts were faulty. They made it right by replacing the parts. Much appreciated.

The owner is a wonderful guy. He got us out of a jam when we got a flat tire, and did not take advantage of the fact that we were from out of state. He was truly a gentleman, very kind and accommodating. His upstanding characteristics likely have to do with him having been a Marine. I highly recommend this place!

I needed a housing for a headlight and was quoted a price and expected to pay that amount. When he presented me with the final bill it was $50+ less than the original quote. A big thank you for not taking advantage of a senior citizen who doesn't know a lot about cars. I appreciate their honesty - I could have paid the original amount and would never have known the difference. Thanks again!

Three visits to this service shop in Arundel for minor services like inspections, oil changes, battery check. Always quick affordable service without trying to sell me a service or repair that I don't need.
