I came into O'Reilly with a basically dead battery on my old 2006 Lexus--their staff helped efficiently and installed the battery for me even though they were busy. They were kind and courteous through the whole process, and recycled my old battery for me with a $10 credit given back to me. I had a truly seamless experience here! Highly recommend this location!

Came in for a can of touch up paint in a difficult color to find. They ordered it and had it in the next day. Treated my $17 transaction like it was a $500 item. Good friendly staff.

We easily found the fish eye mirror that we went to find. They had replacement rear view mirrors but none for our car but the attendant offered to order.

Came here to purchase a headlight bulb today (Saturday 8/20) Asked the young man if he could put it in for me. He said he "couldn't leave the other employee alone" in the store. There was absolutely no one else in the store nor in the parking lot, and if another customer arrived, he would've seen them. This all felt hostile to me, and I am certain that if he wanted to, he could've helped. After all, he wasn't doing anything else.
