The people are great. Know I was from out of town, shuffled their schedule to get me in, and got me back on the road in a couple of days. Price was great, gave me suggestions as what i should do when i got home but i had them do it as they more then earned my trust.

I recently brought my 19 RAM 2500 to MTD for a long list of items related to suspension and electrical (and this was my first experience with the MTD crew-I was referred by a friend). Having traditionally dealt with only dealerships, I was a little nervous working with an independent shop. It turned out to be the best experience with a repair shop to date and I will be giving them all of my work going forward. First, the service rep Naomi was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. She provided daily updates and she patiently dealt with my questions for the techs. It was very refreshing to drop my truck off and have all of the work completed on time and at a very reasonable rate. Another good thing was meeting Heath, my service technician and one of the owners. When I picked up the truck he patiently went over the work done and we talked about some additional modifications and engine work I want done in the future. I have never had an experience like that at the dealership. This was old fashioned service and I am really impressed.

Highly recommend! The sheer fact that this company was willing to try and find an impossible part for us today says a lot. Despite being unable to locate one either, the fact that Naomi was willing to give it a go and sent me a few leads was absolutely amazing. As a small business ourselves, we appreciate and understand how helping others still takes time. That time is by no means unappreciated. Thank you so much, you guys are running an honest and caring business.

This place is HORRIBLE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I brought my car here to get some work done and not only did they not fix the problem I was having but they also left my car outside facing down hill where my sunroof filled up with water and did water damage to my car! They then charged me to "fix the water problem" which they didn't and said that what happened wasn't there falt. Very unhelpful and unreliable place would not recommend ever bringing your car here.

Awesome service, upfront about prices and plan for fixing my truck. Even with diagnostic very clear on path and possible solutions. Truck runs incredible after they were done with it.

We we're driving south on 295 and the turbo went out on our 2003 7.3 diesel. Googled diesel shops and Maine Turbo Diesel came up. Heath and Naomi took us right in and it turned out only being an exhaust pressure sensor that was going bad. The part was delivered from their go to Ford dealer promptly and installed. All on a Friday afternoon close to quitting time. Thank you guys very much.
