My wife called for a quote from them. When she gave them the make/model he was rude and was holding back from laughing when he didn't get what make/model she was talking. If you run a shop or work there you should know your cars. It's not like it was anything fancy or uncommon like an Audi S8, its a 2010 Chevy HHR.
