“We worked with the Shed Happens staff and were pleased from the beginning to the delivery and we remain very satisfied. They are professional and friendly. We made mistakes when ordering and had to swap our shed out to comply with our Association rules. Our fault totally.This meant the experience went like this; deliver a shed, remove a shed, delivery another shed. Now that may sound easy enough and although it was for us as the customer the installer Nikki had her work cut out for her. The area was congested, to say the least. “During my move into a new apartment, we hit quite a few bumps. I have an upgraded washer and dryer but moved into an old building that made this a very difficult task. Aaron’s staff transferred them from the old apartment as well as came multiple times to fix the multiple issues we ran into. In the end, my washer needed to be sent out for service and they came and gave me a loaner in the mean time. Moving has been stressful on it’s own, and I appreciate the effort multiple staff members made to fix these issues!”
