Arundel Ford service department is always friendly and tries to accommodate your schedule. They get you in promptly, listen to all your concerns. My last appt. Went longer than expected but they kept checking in and making sure I didn’t need anything. They also now have a courtesy shuttle if you don’t want to wait for your car.

I called AF to schedule my first service appointment on my newly acquired Ford Explorer ST. I was greeted with a warm hello and swiftly made an appointment for about 2 weeks later to have my vehicle picked up at my home. The morning of the appointment I received a message indicating that my driver was on their way and was offered an ETA for arrival. The driver arrived on time and returned the vehicle later that afternoon. It was neat because after being alerted that my car was headed home to me, I could follow it on the map. The drivers greeted my wife upon arrival and turned over the keys and paperwork. They were very friendly. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

My recall was repaired last week. It took all day so I used the service of drivers to return me to my home and pick me up. this is a great service that meant a lot to me.

The team at Arundel Ford did a great job on my 2020 Ford Escape.
It was a long difficult job of replacing the differential. But they accomplished it, and now my car drives like a new one.

No one wants to have their car in for potentially expensive repairs, but if you do have to, take your vehicle to Arundel Ford! They are friendly, fair, and very professional. Mike listens to me trying to explain something I don't know the first thing about, and always treats me with respect. I'm the kind of customer who sets a beautiful table, but doesn't know the first thing about my Escape! I trust the service people at Arundel Ford to get the job done, and they always do. Love you, Arundel Ford!

At my oil change this round I ordered new wipers on my SUV. THEY FOUND A CRACKED valve case and ordered a new one that is under warranty! Thanks Arundel Ford!

I was not looking forward to the car buying process. Definitely didn’t need to worry. Working with Sam on the purchase of my new Ford Expedition was quick, easy and the best prices around! Definitely give him a call. Also Thom the finance manager was super helpful. I’m from NH and he took me through the title/registration details and is available for any issues. The whole process from start to finish, 2 days, best customer service around. Thank you Sam and Thom!

First time ford owner here! Ashley in the service appointment was wonderful! We kept playing phone tag to get me scheduled and she never gave up on me. ? the mobile tech (forgot his name) came out and took care of my recall in 20 minutes and was on his way. I loved that I didn’t have to drop it off and leave it. Fan of the mobile service. Arundel ford is where I will always take my Bronco.

2022 F-250 in for oil change, tire rotation, tire balance. Very pleased with overall experience from scheduling, service advisor, to the technician. Definitely planning to continue to use Arundel Ford for my vehicles service needs.

In May 2023 we visited Arundel Ford to ask about the Maverick Hybrid. The sales person lied to us about the order book not being open for at least 2 years, it was actually 2 months that I found out from a Maverick club and not from the dealer. We did order what we wanted by placing a $1,000 deposit and waited until July 2024 to take delivery. Although we stated we would finance with our credit union, we were incessantly badgered to finance with them to the point of being rude. Hopefully the service department will be better, as I probably will never use their sales department again.
