I have only good things to say about this storage facility. Jane the office manager was a pleasure to deal with. Jane certainly takes pride in her job as she made the entire process seamless.I would highly recommend this storage facility!

Manager needs some therapy on how to become less judgmental and hostile. Charging full rate for an area where the gate doesn't function.

The units are not well maintained. This one in particular leaked excessively and ruined a lot of personal stuff that is not replaceable. Jane will never claim responsibility for anything damaged. As she says, and I quote “Jane always wins” or “Jane never loses”. There is no way to get in touch with her after hours, so if there was a problem, you have to wait until the weekend is over. I would recommend to anyone, it’s worth the trip to go to the Lyman all safe self storage instead. Their phone line is direct to the owner, and she answers at any time.

What a wonderful business. Service is their goal and they go the extra mile in helpfulness.Jane went out of her way to help us resolve issues that arose, which was difficult because we were communicating remotely. I give this business my highest recommendation.

I was with All Safe since 2006 and it was a great place to store what I didnt have room for in my apartment but I bought a house and no longer needed the extra storage.

Absolutely lovely staff on hand - Jane in particular is great!! During a difficult time selling Dad's house, moving into storage, needing to switch out to larger units, etc. they have been fabulous!! Clean and safe facility too! Thank you to everyone All-Safe!!

Great customer service. They lady in the office was very kind and professional. I thought she was the owner. She said she wasn't the owner but runs it like she owns it. She was awesome. Storage units and property was very clean. I highly recommend them.

When I had to move I called around for prices for storage. All-safe in Biddeford had a great rate and Jane was so kind and informative! The whole process was so easy! It's very clean, secure and the customer service is amazing! I know where we will go if we ever need storage again! Thank you Jane it was a pleasure doing business with you!
