Carrie is wonderful as she has helped us many times over the years with our mail needs as well as issues when FedEx & DHL leave pkgs by mistake or because they don’t want to drive to our home to leave them.
Really appreciate your professionalism Carrie & you are such an asset to the USPS! We are lucky to have you here in Addison!

Carrie is wonderful, very efficient and professional; I have no complaint with the Addison Post Office.However, I have noticed that many packages show up from Brewer distribution after hours, at which point they are driven back to Brewer to try again tomorrow. This happened twice the last two days on one small parcel and numerous times in the past.It seems that efficiency could be increased, and packages delivered on time, if there were an after-hours delivery mechanism: theft proof tip-box drop, USPS driver key, etc. Anything secure would increase mail flow and negate the need for the flow of mail/small packages and fuel back to the distribution point to try again tomorrow.This would be a 5 star review, but just wanted to bring that point up. Gas prices nowadays, you don't want to drive the same weight around too much. They add up.
