My family went here when I was growing up, and I take my now my own family's pets here. The staff is different but they are just as friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. One of our dogs can be a bit of a handful when we bring him in but they always show a lot of patience and good humour about his shenanigans!

I was so excited when I moved to this town to realize there was a local vet to call only numerous times to be told I’d get a call back or no one ever called me back. My mother-in-law decided to call today just to try it out and the young lady who answered the phone was rude and one of her questions was where was she living and located which that shouldn’t matter when it comes to bringing your animals to a vet. Either you have an opening or you don’t. I am personally someone for supporting small businesses this is one I’ll pass on I’ll make the extra trip to Milton vet because they seem to have more compassion and at least call back their clients.

Terrible. I brought my dog in for what I thought was a UTI on Monday. The vet did tests. Its Friday. I still havent heard back. I called twice and all I have gotten was an attitude from the receptionist. No answers. No antibiotics. But I have spent over 400 dollars. I will never go back again. They obviously dont care about the animals.

I adore Acton veteran They are so sweet . When my dog passed at the age of 14 they sent me a hand written card expressing he would be missed by them I know it doesn't mean much . It did to they were there every time I need them be by phone or going in

My little dog Bentley has been selling Dr. Perks for 11 years. Dr. Perks is very thorough and goes over everything with you, and she takes her time with you. In the 11 years that Bentley has been seeing her I have never had a bad experience with her or anyone that works for her. She is amazing and loving person and a great Veterinary Doctor.Thank you for everything you do. The staff is very knowledgeable and very easy and friendly to work with. I've been bringing my dog here since the beginning of the year and am very pleased. They work with your schedule and there has been a few times I've been a little late and everything is OK. This place is very good on reminders and you can tell they care.

We have been coming here since 2005. Our dogs have always been treated well. Staff and Dr Perks are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our latest dog is a tough case due to previous abuse but they are incredible with him and me!
