One star is too much. Why isn't there a zero star option. That would describe this group, mainly ROSA. What a despicable individual. You can count on being patronized, being spoken to as if it was the army, and a nasty, nasty tone! You wait on line only to get this. Unacceptable. These people have job security. That is a disgrace!!!

This Post Office has been worse than terrible for many years now. And just today, I was contacted by a company that I do business with. The company informed me that the Post office is returning mail that was properly addressed to me. Consequently, i went to this Post Office to speak to the Postmaster. When I showed her the letter that the company emailed me informing of the problem, her response was to shut the door in my face.

Has anyone else noticed that as the cost to mail a package or a letter goes up the "service" goes down? My mail is not delivered until 5:45pm and some days it is not delivered at all! I work from home so I am absolutely sure if mail is delivered or not on my street. At least on Saturday the mail is delivered by 5pm, however at least 1 Saturday a month the mail is not delivered at all. I called to speak with the supervisor at the Abbott Road location where my mail is delivered out of and it sounded like I woke him up. When I moved here 10 years ago the mail always arrived around 4pm and also the staff at the Abbott Road location was always very pleasant and very competent. The staff they have now acts as if they are doing you a favor to mail a package that you are paying to send. It must be nice to have a job with union protection because any other corporation would have fired all of them a long time a Just visited today 10/23 - instead of 2 stars I'm dropping it to 1 star. The clerk named "Al" needs to get himself a personality! Did not say 1 word to me during my transaction. Aren't they supposed to try to up sell me a book of stamps? Lol
