I cannot praise this place, the owners of the staff enough. We came here for an off road excursion and had a wonderful staff. Rooms and cabin were clean and very modern. Staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Will be staying here again.

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed in cozy cabin 5. We absolutely would come back again. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable for a Maine stay-cation. Being right next to the snowmobile trails is just wonderful. There’s a local BBQ spot in Monson that was our go to while we stayed-good food and good company. Will definitely visit again.

The room was super clean, comfortable and right on the trail! Some of the area trails lacked snow cover but good riding was not far away. Matt went out and personally checked out the snowmobile trails before we arrived and pointed us to the good riding conditions, making our trip a great one! I look forward to coming back when the snow cover returns. Good dining in Guilford and Monson which was just a short drive away.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and provided everything we needed. I had my dog with and it was a great area for her, lots of room to run around and very close to walking trails. Karen was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very responsive to emails and texts. I thought the price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!-Amanda

All cabins should be this clean,owners are legit,no huge expectations,just keep it the way you found it.Quiet,super cozy.Observe and take note...floors are non carpeted.With ticks,fleas,bed bugs so prevalent it makes huge sense to walk in and feel bug free.Thankyou

Absolutely fantastic getaway spot! Exceptionally well appointed cabins, very clean and comfortable. Private cozy setting with nice porch and access to fire pit. Amazing view of stars at night! Will be back for sure.

We were in the area for a wedding and this hotel/lodge was perfect for our purposes. Everything in the rooms was well cared for seemingly practically new and the hosts were accommodating of our request for an ironing board. It is right next to an ATV trail but we only noticed noise from it at very reasonable hours.

First time my group and family came out to Abbot trailside lodging. Our group was able to get the cabins. We had a hotel room. The hotel room was very clean and roomy! We did have a little key entry problem, but easily resolved by calling Matt on the service phone right next to the room. Easy and prompt! Our friends cabins were again, extremely clean and homey. Karen was the housekeeper/do all. She was also very attentive, personable and we had fresh towels everyday. The atv trails were right next to us, no issues there. Also they provide the maps for riders. There is firewood to purchase along with firepits and Adirondack chairs on each porch. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked with them again for next year without hesitation. Thanks again for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!Update:We stayed this weekend at trailside lodging in one or their cabins with the rest of our group. We ended up getting there early and Matt was very accommodating letting us check in early. Karen immediately came by to see if we needed anything at all (as well as throughout our stay) very clean, comfortable and cozy cabins with all the amenities that you need to stay a while. Thank you again! See you soon!Rooms: Very clean rooms with plenty of space. Our cabin had 2 beds and a futonNearby activities: Waterfalls, hiking, fishing, white water rafting, kayaking...Safety: Very easy keyless entry with locking capabilityWalkability: Plenty of land to walk.
