Regular mail used to be great, however except when supervisor delivers packages, service is awful. Person too lazy to pull into driveway and leave package on porch. If it won't fit in box (mine is large) she won't deliver. PO hours on Saturday are ridiculous for people who work all week with normal hours away from Zwolle area. I rarely drive and depend on the mail for small packages. UPS and Fed Ex always leave on porch.

I sent my sister a package and the delivery man was too lazy to sit through construction on her road and deliver the package on the guaranteed date. Now I can't even get the post office on the phone to find out when he will redeliver. The reason for non-delivery is "no access" but my sister and her husband are able to come and go without issue .. just have to wait through construction. Total lie on the non-delivery reason. It says "will attempt delivery on the next business day" which is TODAY but the tracking does not say it went back out and mail has run for the day. SO ANGRY!
