No Credit Cards machines worked here only two stalls out of four might have been working (who knows). The other two had no hoses. No vacuums we’re present.

Always out of soap, garbage strewn everywhere, bad lighting, no hot water, final rinse does not work, no vacuum cleaners, low water pressure, 2 out of 4 stalls are non functional, and credit card scanners do not work, etc., etc., etc....
