It was my first time visiting this bank and Miss Frazier (Financial Services Specialist II) gave me the best customer service I have seen so far in Louisiana. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This office gives better service than the one in Baker, it was worth the additional few minutes drive. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. Totally recommend it!

Terrible experience with Beverly. I asked for info on the credit cards they offer and her response was “I think”. She did not know the answer to my question and she decided not to find out.
