This review is for Marcus at store number 707680 in Zachary. I observed him assisting several customers this morning. Marcus demonstrated patience, knowledge, and politeness throughout. As a first-time visitor to Sherwin Williams, I was impressed by his service and will definitely return based on my interaction with him.

Have had a commercial account at SW for 15 years. Have used just about every paint they offer. Wife purchased 3 gal of Emerald Matte. Needed 3 more gals. Week goes by - no order arrives. So we ask if any other store has in stock. Yep. So we waste 10 days waiting for paint that's available at another SW location. And We had to ask to please check another store. My past experience has always been the store I'm buying from always offers to check other stores - and then have it transferred in - even for one gallon. Shame. Look like it's Behr or Valspar in the future.

Constantly changing formulas to make sure you have to completely repaint and you can never touch up. Won’t take their old and useless paint off my hands. If I had a choice I’d get paint literally anywhere else.

I have my account as Brothers Barrera LLC and I buy paint every day and I don't recommend this place. They made me wait more than 40 minutes just because they were training people. and when they give me the order it is not complete. I told them and people continue to practice when they can do it quickly because I had already waited a long time. I have people waiting for paint at my jobs and that makes any contractor waste time and money. They also have a terrible attitude when you ask them something. don't waste your time in this store

Been shopping with Sherwin-Williams for many years. Sherwin-Williams is my go to paint store. Many lovely colors. There are different levels of paint. I tend to buy the higher quality products because painting is time consuming. I want the paint to last and weather well over the years.

This store is such a joke. Ever since Connor left it has been a disaster. Went today to get paint that I've bought many times. The lady looks it up on my profile and then ask "are you sure it was this store?" I walked out, won't be doing anymore business there.
