This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon. I had made an appointment with Colesie approximately four weeks in advance for my son’s wedding. I arrived 10 minutes early and she said she would just be a few minutes. I left the salon one hour later and still didn’t have my hair done. I was in tears, because I was certain I would not have my hair styled for the wedding and was now running late for my make up appointment. This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever encountered.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

This was my 1st time at Shear Image. I rarely walk out of a salon satisfied, I love how my hair came out. Felt like I had been using this salon my whole life, the conversations were so personable. I live 8 hrs away but still plan to make this my permanent place and Katelyn my permanent stylist. Thanks Katelyn ❤
