There was an older lady with shoulder length hair, glasses, and for some reason I recall her teeth being very distinctive. Today, when I walked i, the older lady didn’t acknowledge that I was there until I said hi. When I asked to return the product I bought the day before she was very arrogant and rude to me, she even questioned if anyone had helped me look for the comb extension, which said universal fit on the box, and when I answered she cut me off several times. The service as a whole went through smoothly as far as the refund but she was very sassy for no reason

Always rude employees. Never ask if you need help with anything. If you ask them a question, they just dismiss you without actually helping. You're a bother to them for being in there. This has happened repeatedly. I will not go back.

I went here today to bring back a few things that I bought last week and did not need unopened and never used. An older woman with(glasses and a few gold teeth)proceeds to tell me that I have to come back later or tomorrow to get my refund, because they do not have the money in their registers, but not before giving me sass, like she felt she could do whatever the hell she wants just because she is a cashier. You should NOT be rude and disrespectful to a customer, that's a good way to lose your job! #1 I am a long time customer and have spent tons of money here,and #2 that's not my problem. I don't know what her problem was, but she should not have a job there if she is going be rude and disrespectful to customers. Thank God that the manager was nice enough and the other young cashier to help me get my refund. If you don't like your job quit don't try to make everyone else miserable just because you are!
